More than two working days’ notice – No fee
Less than two working days’ notice – €50
On the day cancellation or no show – Full session fee
If you need to reschedule or cancel for whatever reason, please give me at least two working days’ notice.
If you need to postpone or cancel less than two days ahead of our consultation, I will do my best to find someone to fill your appointment, regardless of the preparation work I have done and the space I am holding for our interaction together. If I can, then I will waive the €50 cancellation charge.
If you have to cancel on the day, or with less than 24 working hours’ notice, for any reason other than those exceptional circumstances – death, serious illness, incidents involving children – the full session fee will be applicable. All other situations I am afraid will be considered in light of the actual circumstances.
The charge for a no-show will be the full session fee.
Cancellations are offered to those who have already booked an appointment and are offered in accordance with when the request to have a consultation was received. I tend to prioritise existing clients in honour of the existing relationship. Cancellations arise randomly and I am not as flexible with what I can offer you, relative to your own schedule. Once a cancellation has been offered, any existing appointment that you have will be offered on to someone else on my cancellation list.
