The 15th March as Jupiter reaches the Saturn-Pluto conjunction of the 9th January
Whenever you feel that the world around becomes diffuse; when you hear many exclaim that it feels like a dream or a movie; whenever you are surrounded by an omnipresent cloud of fear, anxiety, anger and disbelief; whenever you feel that everything is so surreal that you have no idea what is real or not; whenever you witness incredible and widespread acts of kindness, humanity and selflessness; and whenever you sense those seldom expressed states of grace and humility, you know that the Veil is thin and that your world is dying, as another world is birthing.
Change always comes with death, whether that death arises when a woman becomes a mother for the first time; when you desist from employment to return to being a student; when you emigrate; when you move in with someone; when you break up with someone; when your youngest child leaves home. The juxtaposing bitter sweet emotions that you live through during each fundamental change are always the same and what we as a society are moving through is no different. What is important is our awareness of, and attitude towards death. How do you meet this willowy figure – as an old friend or as someone to be feared? Your answer to that question will guide and inform the quality of the path that you next walk as we are truly walking through The Valley.
Please remember that historically, massive changes in collective consciousness have been met with a massive reaction from those ‘in-power’ who seek to fortify themselves within the palatial walls that they have previously created, as the fear of death enables a deep, irrational survival instinct that knows nothing but self-interest. And this is a profound time wherein our consciousness is changing and the hunger for new conditions is strikingly present. After all we all know that something has been fundamentally wrong about our world – we can talk for hours on the greed, corruption, deception, myopic egOic self-interest and disenchantment of our societal values; or we can debate conspiracies, New World Order, secret societies, 1% elitism, the insidious hunger of global corporations hell bent on profit at the expense of the world, the dangers of experimental technologies that impair our immune system as well as lurk secretly accumulating information whilst all the while diminishing your civil liberties under the pretence of making your world easier; and we can ‘see’ evidence of those in power making decisions for the common good, while quietly passing self-serving legislation.
People are inherently kind, considerate and lOving, given time and the right conditions. Working to the bone, with no quality of life and no reflective time as engendered a dis-ease of the sOul and within this gift of slowness, you have been handed the opportunity to spend your time on activities other than commercial – connecting with others, reaching out to see if those you love and those vulnerable in your community are okay; companies are realising that without people they are nothing; all over the world people are waking up to a new reality no matter how big we think we are; no matter how much control we apply to our lives; what really matters is lOve.
This is not to dismiss fear and isolation, sickness and acute awareness suffering. But after a few weeks of quiet in China, the skies are no longer thick with fumes over many industrial places and people are singing to each other from their balconies in Italy. So hate and greed do not have to take centre stage; the dis-ease of the sOul, so prevalent in our world, can be eased within a new world – a caring, compassionate world.
And so the spiritual truth behind these unprecedented times is quite simple – will you ascend or descend?
I will write explicitly on the astrology of this time shortly, as what is arising is to do with the escalation of birth-death fear as Jupiter reaches the 9th of January Saturn -Pluto (and Ceres) alignment (not experienced since 1518) and the birth of a new consciousness as we struggle to redistribute power so that we can bring about new conditions of being; and the on-going Uranus-Neptune octile relating back to awakening of consciousness in 1993, but for now, know that this time will pass and I hope that deep insight, learning and gnosis arises for you and that you continue to ascend confidently along your path, instead of descending into the mire.
