Longing for equanimity of heart and mind from the tumult that ebbed and flowed like a stormy sea, her emotions have been thrown into disarray over the past six months, she has stumbled over uneven ground, the world spinning amidst this swirling chaos. Unable to quieten her heart or clear her mind, she has become skilled at negotiating this confusion, pleading with the heart to listen to the head, and as the heart in turn refuses to acknowledge the voice of reason from the head.
“Let go and give it up”, she hears whispering beneath the boisterous cacophony. “All that ends, opens; all that dies, begins; in time, everything finds balance and harmony”,
Exhausted from the journey that has led her to this place beneath the pale wan-light of the Full, she finally surrenders and accepts that there is no solution other than to let go and ride the storm. And with that, she disengages, allowing her inner world bubble and boil, compassionately observing her contradictory thoughts and feelings, without judgement or without action. She hears the raven caw and knows the end is nigh…
This time will pass and what has been unkind will find gentle ground, soon. Grace is before you, if you step out of the way of yourself and start to accept that the Raven and the Moon are one and the same.
