Venus completes and prepares to enter Transition

Beneath the deepening inky skies the descent has been steep, every ounce of her awareness sharpened as carefully she feels her way over uneven ground. Senses intensified, reactions heightened, her heart beckoning her on, as her mind wanders back to ground familiar yet ‘safe’. Yet it is from the familiar that she has been searching for the key to unlock those chains that perpetually bind her as she knows that her awareness has altered deeply over the past 18 months and that she no longer consciously carries the burden of emotional impoverishment. Tried of the drama, no longer willing to accept another’s projections, no longer eager to go out of her way to help those who truly have no interest in growing beyond their own suffering, no longer hungry to play the game, her heart has pulled back and she has pulled away, seeking solace in this quiet descent to the altar, an altar whose flame burns so purely that those dark, convoluted emotional ties can no longer hide.
Gathering her attention so as not to stumble over this treacherous stretch of undulating ground, a realisation grows in her heart – it is a deep heart-imprint that she has to heal, and that has led her to this almost blind descent. She can feel through her recent pain to the heart-memory that has co-created the drama. If it was a memory-imprint, then that is from her past, not necessarily from her now. Another insight dawns on her – who she has been is not who she is; where she has been has shaped but not defined her; waiting for some distant future no longer soothes her sOul – she is here and now.

Self-taught, I did sojourn with a correspondence course with the Faculty of Astrological Studies under the tutorship of Christine Tate-Wheeler, completing three of the four year training modules in a little under a year. However, I never sat the exams due to my commitments to seeing clients and running a school of astrology called The Dublin Astrological Centre.I’ve been ever so fortunate to have attracted people who wanted to work with me from the very beginning of my path and I’ve worked with clients intensely on a daily basis since 1994. I have a varied clientele, located all over the world, and have worked privately with individuals and corporately with business, sports clubs, political parties and religious institutions for over two decades. My practise is based in my office in Blackrock, Dublin, Ireland, from where I write, divine, create and see clients in person or via ZOOM.Until the time of my movement onto my current path, I was reading Geography in Trinity College, Dublin and playing football, two additional passions I still have today. I currently reside in Greystones, Ireland with my family. My life-partner and wife, Karen, walks the same path as an astrologer and we have two children, Sarah and Maya. Together we run the Blue Rose, a school of astrology and spirituality and have students all over the world who download our classes, join in via ZOOM or attend in person.
My focus is evident in my extensive public writing. I am interested in helping people develop a deeper confidence in their commitment to what they lOve and living what they love.
