And so it begins, a nine month process of purifying our collective heart. And not before time. Though the opportunity to openly and freely exchange your heart centred values with those who enter your world has been on offer since the 3rd of June, evidence of a higher vibration has been few and far between. There have been those who have felt the calling and have interacted with the world from a place of love, kindness and non-judgement.
But many have succumbed to the division of me and you, us and them. The dualism of the deceptive heart has been all too evident, especially as those yin professions (those that anchor and warm our hearts – music, the arts, hospitality, dining) have been intentionally used as leverage as they have been taken from us and now conditionally returned. The division has been exacerbated by the understandable self-orientation of a frightened ego as the self has been forced into a reappraisal of what is truly important.
The truth of that heart-seed continues today and until January as the necessity to speak and listen from a place of kindness becomes all too apparent. Yet, as I write this morning, the mood has shifted. The focus is no longer about you and you alone. It is about us. Our values. Our rights. Our creation.
In this purifying fire, our senses are sharpened, our reactions heighten, our soul is called to action. This does not imply that you are being called to arms. No. That is the old way.
But you/ we are being asked to discern and not judge; to walk with courage, to live your truth and to walk your lOVe.
You/ we are being encouraged to take further responsibility for your reactions; to look beyond your own immediate concerns and to consider whether we live within a truly caring, inclusive, considerate, humane world.
There is a lower path and it saddens me to consider that our society feels called to walk there, as it has done the past nine months. But it also heartens me to know that there are many individuals who have felt this heart-movement, have truly engaged in heart-healing and have been engaged in bridging the division.
I hold a space, therefore, that today marks the start of a process where you/ we do not feel the need to impose change onto others to mould and shape them into the way that you believe to be right and that you/ we create a space wherein democracy and respect for diversity is honoured. I hope and pray that the selfishness of those who seek power is mitigated and that the truth of what is really going on within our world is transparent and obvious.
You/ we are living through a profound choice point that will define our world. It is no longer the time for passivity. But it is not the time for aggression and division either. It is a time for heart-love infusion as opposed to an ego-eclipse of the heart.
