The pain that many internally feel, be it from encounter or ancestral legacy, rises. Unleashed, the full froth of that inner suppressed frustration, years of trauma is myopically directed outwards vented often towards an unwitting target. Justified and satisfied all in the name of dharma, the now ‘empowered’ feels vindicated because they have put up with being violated for aeons. Yet, ironically, the abused becomes the abuser and the binds continue to tighten upon their soul. The Wheel Turns.
As the time of Truth emerges from that of Deception, the shadow of righteousness quietly accompanies those who believe in their Right, speaking openly and freely but in a way that merely judges and condemns, without discernment and wisdom. Within this place, division continues to find a home, fostering the perpetuation of separation and splinteredness.
If you are in pain, and if you are healing, is it your place to project upon another, believing that you have to call out anyone you perceive as acting in a dishonourable manner? Surely by engaging you lend energy to the very thing that you are desiring to no longer linger in your psyche? Surely true healing takes you to a place that recognizes being triggered, yet not engaging with that person or circumstance, thereby no longer lending your energy to feed a hungry ghost?
And yet, in this time of speaking up and out, opinions fly uncensored, directed towards any and all. To speak up and out is not to speak causal or to assume that every word uttered in a way that you do not like, means that the speaker is an assailant. And yet, trauma skews perspective, and words spoken in righteous reaction hurt and bind in the same way as violent actions. Violence breeds violence.
Remember no matter what pain you carry, kindness breeds kindness.
