The challenge about writing about the reflections of the complex waveforms that our lives are bathed in is that it gives the impression of some form of celestial causation and that our reality is already written. This is very much far from the truth. The more aware you are, the more conscious you become of how to direct your ‘energy’ into any given circumstance, since everything, at all levels, is made up of three simple terms – consciousness, matter and energy. Once you name something, it brings awareness to it and thereby changes the very nature of what that ‘thing’ may become…
Why do I state the above? Because I wish to raise awareness of one theme that I believe is coming more and more into focus, which is reflected in several celestial signatures that will reach a finer accentuation within this linear timeline in the months and year ahead.
In astrology the term given to the ability to truly express your inner voice is called, ‘Aquarius’. The notion of a fundamental and irrevocable shift of awareness, is called Pluto.
The ability to freely exchange knowledge and wisdom between ourselves is called ‘Gemini’, and the aptitude to express thoughts that reach beyond the framework of convention is called Uranus.
The movement of those slower moving waveforms into those ‘constructs’ heralds a time when personally and collectively, you/ we are more cognitively aware of any themes that allows or hinders the free expression of your breath and ideas, as well as opening up an awareness of the quality of the exchange of information between ‘self and other’. In other words, the issue of freedom of speech.
That issue has always been a quality that the ‘west’ has been proud of, within its so-called democratic values, and the ‘west’ has sneered at ‘fascist regimes’ that have restricted freedom of information and speech. It is a quality that has had its vicissitudes over the decades and was at the heart of why the ‘internet’ was conceived and what was being exchanged in the early stages of a user-interface internet in the 90s.
With the development of a ‘smart phone’ the way that social and the net has been used, coupled with the movement steered by an increasingly consumer capitalistic corporate culture, and the encouragement of people to ‘speak their truth’, but not accept someone else’s truth – aka cancel culture and the pronounced emphasis on ‘I’ (individualism and the ‘right’ to express oneself without taking responsibility of the consequences of those actions/ words), we are seeing a toxic digital landscape develop that is manipulated by algorithms that gives the impression that the ‘entire’ world thinks as you do, and that you are right. We are becoming increasingly global and at the same time increasingly lacking in empathy, compassion, trust, care and awareness, when it come to our online lives.
Coupled with the justifiable mistrust of authority that have been greedily self-serving no-one but for their own gain, we have a situation where authority is ‘now’ concerned about the quality and integrity of information being shared, since much of questions the underpinning values of our Westernised society, many values of which benefit the few and not the whole. Talk of regulating social media companies, writing into law rules that will prohibit the use of certain words and terms, deemed as hate speech, but in reality is merely a punishment for not agreeing with the government approved communication and PR/ marketing outlets, is certainly already a quiet background theme, which I believe is going to become more and more a conscious process in the months ahead.
In Ireland our Taoiseach (Prime Minister) is potentially moving out of his home and town to a larger more secure environment because social didn’t take down a video that ‘threatens’ him, even if he has a very dubious professional history in the Health sector and has links to organisations that don’t benefit the whole but the few. Was that post ‘allowed’ up, so as to fast track legislation that has already been drafted and debated? Or is this merely an example of a collective trend that is fast become more conscious and to the fore ground of our awareness? Was it a chicken before the egg?
I don’t think dualistically and I certainly do not believe in celestial determinism, if you are new to my posts and style of astrology. And I am reluctant to write publicly about the astrology of the collective, as so many still think in a dualistic manner, and therefore interpret the work of an astrologer as being the workings of ‘fate’, fate being seen as forewritten as opposed to a constant negotiation.
And so, the movement of Pluto into Aquarius, is a collective rhythm that brings us into the awareness that our voices are not been truly heard; as Uranus moves into Gemini (next year), another collective rhythm that looks at the frustrations that hinder the true freedom of exchange between ‘self and other’. You can see so many examples of issues about the inner voice and the sharing of that voice from all quarters and you can ‘see’ how this could play out as an area of concern and heightened focus in the time ahead – will social become an extension of regulators and our knowledge exchange is frustrated under the fear of court, pushing more and more underground, creating a dystopic reality so envisioned by sci-fi and novelists. Will it provoke a reaction that drive government into more draconian actions, including further powers to policing and punishing those who talk and speak up and out?
Or is there another path? A path that is not divisive; not lack in empathy; more compassionate and open to ‘hear’ the pain and suffering of a world chained to adrenaline and dopamine, fuelled by desire and ‘lust’, that has become increasingly ill and distracted; more conscious that you are not a dualistic body-mind, but live within a field of deep co-creative intelligence, teaching others from our own experiences and encouraging depth and intimacy? Is it a time to learn how to truly think and question, sharing freely that knowledge without wanting to ‘gain’ from it in some manner? Is it a time when you break free of the colonisation of your mind and realise that the educational model that you have been exposed to, does not necessarily have your best interests at heart?
It is a truly epic time to be alive, if you look beyond the intentionally propagated fear and division. The world is a lot more peaceful, kind and loving than you have been led to believe. Yes, we have an issue of self-serving greed. But that is also a product of the economic system designed to keep you as a slave. I believe that we will see that model change over the coming two decades, and a new model of economic reality emerge and not in line with those using a deterministic variant of astrology to steer us towards 2030.
Knowledge is power and the more you openly share, without judgement (after all what one of us does not have an active relationship with pain and suffering) and the realisation that we can learn from anyone and everyone, regardless of their ‘background’ and ‘credentials’. The time of the guru has past. The time of true collectivism is upon us. Know that and remember, as you think, so you create; as you act, so you manifest; what is within you (at all levels) is reflected in your perception of your reality, and that if you choose to truly ignore yourself, you will live subject to fate – or the unconscious being made conscious.
Thank you for listening and reading.
I welcome your reflections
