Under the beams of restless, hot-tempered Yellow Star, a fast and furious, competitive world emerges, favouring those with a strong will and a sharp mind, burning up the finite life energy in an ever hungry pursuit of futurist actualisation. Seldom encouraged by this pulsating light to pause, the relentless pursuit of self-actualisation encourages both isolation and frustration as the short lived success of goals achieved and honours won engenders frustration and a soul filled with hallow accolades as the locus of attention is projected outwards away from the realm of infinite possibility and the fecund path of purpose and meaning.
Yet, within the tapestry of existence, there exists a realm beyond the veil of perception—a hidden sanctuary known as the Sun behind the Sun. It is a realm untouched by mortal gaze, a celestial abode where the secrets of the universe unfold; a place where the boundaries of the known universe begin to dissolve, revealing a tapestry of interconnectedness; where you witness the symphony of galaxies, swirling in a cosmic choreography, each star a luminary in the grand celestial ballet. It is a sight that awakens the soul, igniting an insatiable thirst for understanding as you encounter celestial libraries, repositories of boundless knowledge. Scrolls of ancient wisdom unravel within your hands, revealing the secrets of existence and discovering that your universe is a vast symphony, orchestrated by unseen forces, in harmonious balance.
This extraordinary quest begins with a seemingly ordinary act – gazing through the left eye, the window to your soul.
Meditation Journey to the First Bardos
As you close your right eye, a newfound vision awakens within you, revealing a realm where the veils of reality are lifted, and the infinite becomes tangible. Allowing your left eye gradually close, your attention turns fully inwards and a kaleidoscope of colours dance behind your eyelids, whispering ancient wisdom into the depths of your soul. With each breath, visualise your left eye as a gateway to the infinite cosmos. Envision it as a conduit, a portal that transports you to realms beyond the limitations of the physical world.
Slowly, the boundaries between the material and the metaphysical began to blur and surrendering to this ethereal symphony, you can now sense the air transform, carrying whispers from generations before you, beckoning you to connect with your deeper heritage and your ancestral lineage.

Overwhelmed with reverence and awe, you engage in heart-to-heart conversations with your ancestors, sharing stories and experiences that bridge the divide between earthly existence and the ethereal realm.
Listening intently, wisdom of resilience, intuition, and the sacred power that lies within is imparted to you, as together you embark on a journey through the tapestry of ancestral memories, weaving the threads of your lineage into a vibrant mosaic of stories. Each woman represents a chapter in the story of your lineage, her presence carrying the echoes of the past and the hopes for the future. As their stories are shared, old and new, weaving a tapestry of strength, resilience, and unwavering love. Their voices resonate within your being, filling you with a sense of belonging, reminding you of the unbroken thread that connects you to our roots.

In this liminal space, your soul hovers like a luminescent butterfly, its essence shimmering with the echoes of past lives and the whispers of future destinies.
The call to return breaks you from this reverie, and moving back towards the Yellow Star, you can clearly see the tapestry of your entire time lines. Tracing the patterns of growth, healing, and transcendence, you embraces the gifts and challenges you have encountered, cherishing the wisdom gained along the meandering path of existence and release attachments whilst surrendering the remnants of old identities.
Suddenly, a vision of a small child, whose heart burns like a brilliant star, flashes before you. This child, with eyes full of wonder and a spirit eager to explore, is about to embark on a journey of self-discovery, learning to openly express the kaleidoscope of emotions that dance within.
At first, Little Spirit’s heart is like a tightly sealed treasure chest, brimming with emotions patiently waiting to be set free. But as the child grows, a newfound understanding bloomed like a delicate flower within their soul — the power of expressing the heart’s emotions.
With every passing day, Little Spirit embraces this revelation, like a bird learning to spread its wings. She discovers that joy can be a symphony of laughter, filling the air with a contagious melody; that sadness could be a gentle rain, cleansing her spirit and allowing the healing tears to flow.
The child discovers that anger is a roaring flame, a signal of her passionate stance on matters close to her heart, and love is a warm embrace, radiating from her being and touching the lives of those around her.
As Little Spirit begins to openly express her heart, the world around her shifted. The once muted colours became vibrant and alive, mirroring the child’s newfound authenticity. The people she encounters smile a little brighter, their own hearts responding to the genuine emotions emanating from the young soul.
Little Spirit learns the art of vulnerability, unveiling her emotions like delicate petals unfurling under the gentle touch of sunlight, discovering that expressing her heart’s emotions is not a sign of weakness, but rather an act of strength and connection.
With each heartfelt expression, Little Spirit’s voice grows stronger, resonating with a unique cadence that touches the hearts of others. Her words became a tapestry of empathy and understanding, weaving together the threads of human experience.
As Little Spirit learns the language of emotions, she also discovers the importance of self-expression, singing her heart’s desires in melodies that dance on her tongue; painting her dreams on the canvas of her imagination; letting her creativity flow like a river of inspiration; and dancing with uninhibited abandon, allowing her body to become a vessel of expression.
As she continues to explore the depths of her emotional landscape, she encounters the beauty of self-acceptance, learning to embrace every emotion as a valuable aspect of her being. In doing so, she discovers inner harmony, purpose and meaning. It is through her open expression that she becomes a beacon of inspiration to those around her, as others take notice of her courage, and they, too, begin to unlock the treasure chest of their own emotions. They show you the gently weaving threads of circumstance and purpose that will shape your upcoming physical path, and invite you to participate in the co-creation of its earthly journey.
As you stand there, a revelation spreads through you – to openly express your heart’s emotions is to honour your truest self, connecting you with others on a profound level and unleash the purpose of your inner light. This is what it means to heed the call of the Sun behind the Sun – to open your heart to the celestial mysteries that await, and let the brilliance of the hidden Sun illuminate your soul.
