Lingering with those people and circumstances, whom unbeknownst to themselves unwittingly encourage you to face your own undifferentiated Self – your Shadow – is a brave act of embracing all aspects of who you are. Catching yourself as you attempt to averting your gaze or feeling that urgency to take leave as your heart squirms, why not stay a while, as you are being offered the opportunity to acknowledge the hidden depths of your being, as the complex personal and ancestral layers are have ensnared your heart are being brought forth.
Perhaps it is useful to remind you that running for cover may be the easy path but in truth these ‘enemies’ have perpetually danced beside you, mirroring your movements with uncanny precision. This part of you is not a menacing creature but a silent companion, patiently waiting for recognition.
Whilst the world around you currently embodies something that you fear or doubt, if you stay a while and listen to its whispered secrets, you will discover that profound wisdom is on offer as you understand its origins and what you have gained from it. In this exchange, you uncover unhealed wounds that yearn for attention, and unexplored passions waiting to be nurtured.
A profound act of self-integration and empowerment is on offer and should you embrace what is being mirrored, you build in strength and fortitude, as well as finding solace in the unity of your light and darkness.
And so you have a choice to make – ignore that which is within and perpetuate a cycle of denial and discontent, or engage and break free from the confines of self-imposed limitations. Will you stay a while and bathe in the deep truth, or will you run for the hills?
Astrology has been my sole source of income, my way of being and the way that I live since discovering it on the 17th Jan 1993. Self-taught, I did sojourn with a correspondence course with the Faculty of Astrological Studies under the tutorship of Christine Tate-Wheeler, completing three of the four year training modules in a little under a year. However, I never sat the exams due to my commitments to seeing clients and running a school of astrology called The Dublin Astrological Centre.I’ve been ever so fortunate to have attracted people who wanted to work with me from the very beginning of my path and I’ve worked with clients intensely on a daily basis since 1994. I have a varied clientele, located all over the world, and have worked privately with individuals and corporately with business, sports clubs, political parties and religious institutions for over two decades. My practise is based in my office in Blackrock, Dublin, Ireland, from where I write, divine, create and see clients in person or via ZOOM.Until the time of my movement onto my current path, I was reading Geography in Trinity College, Dublin and playing football, two additional passions I still have today. I currently reside in Greystones, Ireland with my family. My life-partner and wife, Karen, walks the same path as an astrologer and we have two children, Sarah and Maya. Together we run the Blue Rose, a school of astrology and spirituality and have students all over the world who download our classes, join in via ZOOM or attend in person.
My focus is evident in my extensive public writing. I am interested in helping people develop a deeper confidence in their commitment to what they lOve and living what they love.
